February’s numbers are in, and the typically slow month has lived up to its reputation, though the main factor continues to be the lack of inventory. There was an increase in homes hitting the market over February 2022’s total, but it’s still a lot fewer than recent norms. Spring’s coming, though, so the market’s expected to gain more momentum.
